1. Fill-in visa application form.
2. Visa fees (Cash, if applied in person) / Postal Order (if applied by post).
3. Three passport size recent photographs.
4. Printed itinerary, if any.
5. Invitation letter from Bangladesh/Hotel reservation letter. The invitation letter should be on a letterhead. In case of personal invitation the person who is inviting the applicant should attach his or her Bank statement.
6. Letter from the employer confirming the applicant's identity/position in the company/Organisation.
7. Self-addressed pre-paid registered envelope or return pre-paid courier (if applied by post).

Business Visa

1. Fill-in visa application form
2. Visa fees (Cash, if applied in person) / Postal Order (if applied by post).
3. Three passport size recent photographs
4. Invitation letter from any Business Organisation from Bangladesh
5. Letter from the employer confirming the applicant's identity/position in the company/Organisation.

Lost passport

1. Fill-in Passport application form.
2. Four passport size recent photographs - duly attested.
3. Police Report.
4. Photocopy of lost passport and SSC Certificate (Original) (Where applicable) or Birth certificate.
5. A certificate from residence owner with utility bills or own house / Tenenacy agreement. See the certificate to be filled-in by the Landlord/relative of the applicant.
