New instruction on Lost Passport Application
From now onwards no new passport will be issued against a lost passport without police clearence from Bangladesh. However lost passport applicants will be issued with temporary pass from High Commission acknowledging the receipt of their application.
- Fill-in
Passport application form.
- Six passport
size recent photographs one photo duly attested.
- Police
Report.
- Photocopy
of lost passport and SSC Certificate (Original) (Where applicable) or
Birth certificate.
- A certificate
from residence owner with utility bills or own house / Tenenacy agreement.
See the certificate to be filled-in by the Landlord/relative of the
applicant.
